Cancellation & Refund Policies

 1. Advance Payment
The full payment of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm a reservation.

2. General Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed based on the amount already paid.

2.1 Cancellation more than 3 Days Before Check-In:
A charge of 15% of the total booking amount will be applied as processing fee; the remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days from the cancellation date and clamming the refund.

2.2 Cancellation within 72 Hours Before Check-In:
A charge of 50% of the total booking amount will be applied; the remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days from the cancellation date and clamming the refund.

2.3 Cancellation within 48 hours Before Check-In:
A charge of 75% of the total booking amount will be applied; the remaining balance will be refunded within 10 working days from the cancellation date and clamming the refund.

2.4 Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Check-In or No show:
100% of the total booking amount will be charged; no refunds will be issued.

3.Special Policy for Major Holidays (Strictly Non-Refundable):
For bookings during Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Puja, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and public holidays, all reservations are strictly non-refundable. No amendments or postponements will be permitted under any circumstances, overriding the general policies outlined above.

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Guests are required to present identification (NID, passport, or driving license) at check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Appropriate swimming attire is mandatory for swimming.
  • Rooms may not be guaranteed for early arrivals unless pre-reserved from the previous night.
  • Late check-out (after 11:00 AM) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Early Departure Policy: An additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply in the event of early departure.
  • Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission.
  • Rates are quoted per night and are exclusive of taxes.
  • Cheques will not be accepted as payment.
  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in guest rooms and does not accept liability for any loss incurred during the stay.
  • Storing combustible or hazardous materials in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their guests.
  • The hotel reserves the authority to deduct all charges incurred by the guest from the authorized payment method before or after departure.
  • Guests are requested to observe government regulations of Bangladesh regarding registration, alcoholic beverages, firearms, etc.
  • Management reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Children under 5 years stay free of charge in the room, including breakfast; children aged 6 to 9 years are charged half (443.00 BDT), and children 10 years and older are charged the full rate (885.00 BDT).

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

1. Advance Payment

A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required in advance to confirm a reservation. Guests may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

2. General Cancellation Policy

All cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed from the amount already paid.

2.1 Cancellation 3 days or more before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged; the balance will be refunded. Alternatively, the amount paid may be used as a credit for postponement, valid for up to 6 months.

2.2 Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged; any excess payment will be refunded.

2.3 Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged; no refund will be issued.

3. Postponement Validity: Postponed bookings are valid for up to 6 months from the original check-in date; after this period, any unused credit will be forfeited.

4. Special Policy for Major Holidays (Strictly Non-Refundable): For bookings during Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Puja, Christmas, and Public Holidays, all reservations are strictly non-refundable, and no amendments or postponements will be permitted under any circumstances. This overrides the general policies above.

Terms & Condition:

·   Appropriate swimming attire is mandatory for swimming.

·   Our standard CHECK-IN Time is 1300 HRS & CHECK- OUT Time is 1100 HRS.

·   Room may not guarantee for early arrivals unless pre-reserved from the previous night.

·   Late CHECK OUT [After 1100 HRS] is chargeable and strictly subject to availability.

·   Early Departure Policy: In case of early departure an additional one night will be charged. 

·   Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

·   Kindly bring your NID/Passport/Driving License in Check-In Time.

·   The hotel reserves the right of admission.

·   The rate on the reservation is per night and exclusive of taxes.

·   Cheques will not be accepted.

·    Visitors are not allowed in the room.

·   The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay.

·   Storing articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited.

·   Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

·    Hotel has full authority to deduct all charges consumed or chargeable to the guest from authorized payment mode before or after departure.

·    Guests are requested to observe the government of Bangladesh rules and regulations enforced from time to time with respect to registration, Alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.

·    The management reserves to itself the right to add or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules without prior notification.

·    0 Under 5 years is free to stay in the room including breakfast, 06 to 09 years half charged 443.00tk, and 10 years to open fully charged  BDT. 885.00.

.  The extra bed is available at BDT 2,000.00 per night, including breakfast for one person. Please note that only one extra bed is allowed per room.
